72 hours is our target for the initial build once we have everything needed to begin. Final launch timing can vary based on revision feedback, approvals, domain changes, and third-party account requirements.

A revision batch is one consolidated round of changes. Before launch, you review the site and send your notes in one list, and we work through them together — Simple includes 2 batches, Elevated 3, Refined 4. After launch, Elevated includes 2 batches within 14 days and Refined includes 3 batches within 30 days. Simple has no post-launch batches; the site is yours to manage after handoff, and we can always quote extra rounds if you want them.

Your completed intake, available website copy or source materials, logos and brand assets, relevant photography or documents, and access to the accounts required for launch. You do not need to organize everything perfectly before reaching out.

Yes. Your Lovable account, your domain, your Search Console and Analytics — all created in your name, with you on the discovery call. Nothing technical to prepare beforehand, and you can remove our access at handoff.

Your site lives in your own Lovable account, so you need an active Lovable Pro plan during the build and after launch. The entry Pro tier is $25 per month and includes 100 build credits, which is plenty for most builds. Your package fee covers the build and handoff, not the platform subscription.

Builds consume Lovable credits from your plan. Simple builds usually fit comfortably inside the 100 monthly credits on the Pro plan. Elevated builds typically fit as well, though a busy month of revisions might brush up against the allowance. Refined builds are larger and more iterative, so an occasional credit top-up is common. We tell you before anything is purchased, and you buy it in your own account at cost — nothing is marked up.

If the project grows beyond the selected package, we'll identify the additional scope before doing the extra work. No surprise charges.

Absolutely. Emberglow is built around intentional handoffs, not permanent maintenance contracts. If you need help later, additional updates or projects can be scoped separately.
